Once that connection is successfully established (with your permission), a highly trained certified technician can work on your computer from a remote location - exactly as if we were sitting in front of it in your place of residence or business. Our remote support requires a small download that works on any version of Windows.
Two-Way Desktop Viewing and Control allows our certified technician control of any malfunctioning computer, so he/she can access files, view the screen, and take virtual control of your computer's keyboard and mouse to resolve the issue at hand without the intrusion of someone coming into your home or business. You will be able to view the screen of your computer, live as we are working on fixing the issues you are experiencing. Remote Diagnostics allow us to gather information about your overall computing environment, including operating system details; total and available memory; applications and services currently running; and more. We can also gather additional custom system or application information specific to your support needs and to ensure your issues are resolved.
Reboot/Reconnect enables us to reboot your machine with little or no intervention on your part.
File Transfer feature allows the technician to instantly exchange files, folders or a combination of files and folders.
